Commission and Boarding Rates

Commission Rates
  • Horses 13% + $25

    13% of the gross sale price + $25 entry (covers boarding starting on auction day until the close of the following day).

  • Sheep, Goats, Cattle, and other large livestock 15%
  • Caged/Boxed animals including rabbits and birds 25%
  • Saddles (In usable condition) 20%
  • Horse tack and other misc goods 25%
  • Trailers 15%
Daily Boarding Rates
  • Horses $12

    Consigned horses have their boarding prepaid starting the day of sale and the day after.

  • Small livestock (Sheep, goats, alpacas, etc) $5

    Small livestock received on the auction day and removed that same day will not be charged boarding.

  • Cattle $12

    Cattle received on the auction day and removed that same day will not be charged boarding.

  • Other Animals N/A

    We do not board any other animal types. All other animals must be received and removed on the day of auction.
