From I-10, exit Jackrabbit Trail and head south until you cross the Gila River. At the stop sign after crossing the bridge, turn right onto Elliot. At the stop sign, turn left onto Airport Rd. Airport Rd veers to the right, turning to dirt (look for our sign on the right), and continues down for about one mile. The property is on the left side, across from the dairy. It’s important to know that the property is only accessible via Airport RD.
Directions for dropping off a horse for consignment.
When entering the property, turn east (left) and follow the fence line east for about 600′, where you will turn right (south) and continue to follow the signs. Horses are consigned at the back of the open livestock barn.
Directions for dropping off tack, saddles, trailers, and other physical goods.
Continue straight (South) after entering the property and continue to follow our driveway, which parallels Airport Rd, until you reach the Red Auction Barn. It’s about 1/4 of a mile down the driveway. All physical consignments are accepted inside.
Horse Consignments
Our Horse sale is held the first Saturday of every month. In addition to horses, we sell everything used on or around a horse, such as panels, trailers, carts, tack, saddles, and more. Horses can be consigned via our online portal and on sale day from 9 am-4 pm. We stop accepting consignments and open for preview at 4 pm. Horses can be dropped off by appointment prior to the sale day. Boarding charges are listed on our fee schedule. Our entry fee also covers boarding for Saturday and Sunday. Horses passed out and not received during this period will be assessed a boarding charge according to the fee schedule.
Be aware that injured and starved horses will be accepted/rejected on a case-by-case basis. Horses that are determined to be ill will not be accepted. Horses that should be euthanized will not be accepted.

Horse Consignor Payouts
Horses will be paid out on the third business day following the auction. Checks can be held for pickup with notice given to the office staff.
Tack Saddles Trailers and other Goods
Physical items can be dropped off any time by appointment and are received on auction day from 9 am 3:45 pm. Commissions are listed on the commission schedule page.
Tack Saddles Trailers and other Goods Payouts
Early payouts for physical goods will be determined on a case-by-case basis and only made after the entirety of the consignment has been paid for. Typically, this will be after the auction has ended and all buyers have paid. Checks will be mailed out the next business day following the sale.
