Selling a horse
How consigning works

Submit the online form
Tell us about your horse and add photos. Horses with clear photos that show them well may be featured online before the sale. Promotion isn't guaranteed.

Bring your horse and photo ID
Horse check-in is 10 AM – 4 PM on sale day. Out-of-state horses need a current Coggins and health certificate.

Sign at drop-off, we run the sale
You'll sign the consignment agreement in person. Horses sell for 13% commission plus a $25 entry fee and are paid out on the third business day after the sale.
Selling livestock, birds, or farm goods? The online form is for horses only. For the Friday sale, everything comes in by 5:45 PM Friday, or until we're full.
- Goats, sheep & cattle: drop-off opens the Monday of sale week. AZDA inspection is required; schedule it at (623) 445-0281.
- No yardage on 10 or more sheep and goats, or on any sheep and goats brought in Thursday.
- No hot or range cattle.Our pens aren't built for cattle that are hard on panels.
- Tack & equipment for the Saturday horse sale: Saturday, 10 AM – 3 PM.

We're a USDA/AZDA-licensed facility located at 15012 S. Airport Road, Buckeye, AZ. Arriving via I-10, take Jackrabbit Trail south, cross the Gila River, then follow Elliot Road to Airport Road—the barn sits one mile down the dirt road on the left.
